Mindfulness and Meditation are key to your recovery.

Learning to control your mind, calming anxiety and living in the present are all important to keep your nervous system in check.

My number 1 tool for calming your mind, which then also calms your body, is  MEDITATION. Before you stop reading, have an open mind……I judged meditation not that long ago. It isn’t sitting cross legged on the floor and humming!!

When you have cancer it’s important to keep your nervous system in check.

Your body and mind work intrinsically together. When you are in an anxious state one thing among many that doesn’t work properly is digestion. Nutrients are very important, especially when you have cancer. There are many more functions that anxiety can interrupt as well.
