Day 24: Weight loss and disgusting hair again

Bad sleep again!  Awake every hour! FFS.  Difficult day yesterday.  Went to Total tone, walked dog, sorted holiday let.

Had a long chat with H about breast cancer. Found it very helpful. She sent me some pictures of her breast area and it looked great.  Feeling very tired again a lot of the time. Also lost a lot of weight.  Must wash hair!! 1 week since washed it!!  Need to look more on the Lobular Breast Cancer site. H said there was a ‘pathway’ to follow for treatment that was from America.  Bye x
