Another crap sleep!!! AAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! I have worked so hard this past couple of years to get my 6 pillars up and maintain them. All that is going out the window !! FFS
Went to gym yesterday but depleted so didn’t manage usual amount. Walked, horrid day constant rain. Went for nice lunch with mum and dad and Ali.
Slept for 2 hours! Walked bear and coached a client. Had a bath with Ali, watched TV. Bed… crap sleep.
Today need to focus on good eating, gym, walk, holiday let. Tomorrow MUST do a rota for after my op of holiday let and dog walk.
Podcast today with Vicky. Must keep GOALS in mind – will help me. Not letting it all go to SHIT just yet!! Bye for now xx
