Day 30: Making uninformed decisions

Bad sleep again. A lot on my mind keep thinking have I done the right thing re:my breast and no reconstruction. Problem being you have to make decisions without knowing all the facts and treatment plan ahead. 

Went to total tone. Saw consultant yesterday and the plastic surgeon and Jill (and that horrid reconstruction nurse)

Decided on no reconstruction, will get pain relief, asked for genetic testing and acupuncture. 

Productive day. Trying to sort everyone’s birthday ahead of time. Going to London today to pass the weekend. 1 more week to mastectomy. Sad times and relief. Laters xx
