Day 31: Coronation and trampolining

In London in bed. Slept better had half a sleeping tablet..   Did total tone yesterday and hol let change over, sooo tired yesterday. 

Went to Tesco to buy some bits for birthdays. Packed and flew to London. Very tired when I got here but so glad I came. Feeling much better this morning. 

12.12pm Just seen King Chaz be crowned !! Took Lola on a walk this morning & then Sienna Trampolining. Then to Aldi. Made a cake with Sienna. I went on the trampoline ….actually made me feel a bit sick lol.!! 

In bed for a rest then need to feed kids and take Lola for another walk. Vik gave me a healing crystal !!! Wonder if It works lol 🙂 

Going out for Chinese tonight on a boat in Regent’s Park. Fun 🙂
