The power of meditation in cancer

My number 1 tool for calming your mind which then also calms your body is to MEDITATE. Before you stop reading have an open mind……I judged meditation not that long ago. It isn’t sitting cross legged on the floor and humming!!

When you have cancer it’s important to keep your nervous system in check.

Your body and mind work intrinsically together. When you are in an anxious state just one thing that doesn’t work properly is digestion and nutrients are very important. There are many more functions that anxiety can interrupt as well.
